I have hard abs under my layer of fat. I’ve tried crunches and jogging but it doesnt go away. Its so frustrating because i know i have visible abs underneath..so how can i get rid of this layer of fat???

exercise combined with a healthy diet. You cant just lose weight in one area though, you have to lose it everywhere.
Doing around 45 minutes of cardio a day with a jog/fast walk every morning and on a healthy eating plan will start to get rid of the fat. Eating 4-5 meals a day, every 2-3 hours and drinking 8 glasses of water per day.

Yoga combined with a healthy vegetable diet, and drink a lot of water, will, definitely, improve your body shape, and get rid of the fat.
