I only have a 10lb,25lb,35lb, and 40lb dumbbells. This is my workout routine that I do every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I switch the 40lb and 35lb to different hands after ea. set.
Alternating Bicep Curls (35lb and 40lb) 10 reps ( 2 sets) With 10 Push Ups after ea set
Chair Dips 10 reps (3 sets)
Bench Press Chest WorkOut (35lb and 40lb) 8 reps (1 set)
Tricep KickBacks (with 10lb) 10 reps (2 sets)
Hammer Curls Alternating (35lb and 40lb) 10 reps (2 sets) With 10 Push Ups after ea set
Tricep Extensions (with 25lb) 7 reps (2 sets)
Alternating Chair Curls (where I basically sit on a bench and curl) (with 35lb and 45lb) 8 reps (2 sets)
Bench Press Chest Work Out (with 35lb and 40lb) 8 reps (1 set)

hey bud;it’s great that your keeping fit.eventually you will need heavier weight.it seems all upper body.you need to do legs.{1 time a week is all you need}try to go to the gym that day and blast them as hard as you can.train only legs on that day.give yourself 1 day before and 1 day or 2 after of rest.you will understand why after you talked to a few guys that train hard.try to do pull-ups for upper strength.hope this is what you were looking for.
