Breakfast: 2 cups special k high protein cereal, 2 cups of strawberries, and two cups of milk on cereal…(500 calories, 30 grams of protein..cereal has 10 grams of protein for every serving)
Snack: Banana with tsp. of peanutbutter, water
Lunch: Small salad with light italian dressing, handful of trailmix (130 calories) and water
Dinner: Grilled chicken and steamed spinach, water (200 calories)
Snack: bowl of 1 serving of cereal and 1 cup of milk (200 calories
I exercise on the elliptical everyday and burn 350 calories and then do 15 minutes of strength training and 200 crunches (I do the cardio and crucnhes every day of the week adn the stregnth training 3 days a week)
What do you think??
Right now I have lost weight. I wanted to maintain but have not done so successfully…my plan was to maintain and tone up. I am 5'6" and 100.5 pounds. Help with eating and exercising plan to gain weight.
I think i should talk to a nutritionist and get apersonal trainer to help me what do you think? I was recovered from anoriexia earlier this year but apparently have relapsed. I never learned how to eat properly and exercise during my treatment so i still haev food issues.

350 calories on the cross trainer? i do about a 1000 do more crunches dont make u lose weight they give u abs my advice is to do more miniutes on the cross trainer and dont do strenght training they build muscle and it takes ages for it lose weight but the diet plan is good

What!!! 5′6″ and only 100lbs. Are you crazy… you’re starving yourself. You weigh as much as a 10 year old. You should weigh at least 117lbs.

I think you are eating way too little! only 1030 calories! and then you are exercising? You should eat a lot more! I think the MINIMUM for women is 1200-1300, and if you burn 350 calories then you also need to make up for that (make up = eat 350 calories more)

Don’t work out on the elliptical everyday if you are not trying to lose weight. Keep up with the strength training and crunches and only do the cardio a few days a week. Your meal plan seems prett good you could probably use a little more calories, but talking to a nutrionist is a great idea especially if you are recovering from Anorexia I wish you luck.

That's only 1030 calories a day– not enough! You need like 2000 with th way you work out!
Also at 5'6" and 100.5 you are underweight. You sound anorexic to me. I know since I used to have that problem. Get help it sucks being anorexic– I relapse too some of the time. But you need to recognize that's what's going on!
Get help– you don't have to live hating yourself like this!

You are still quite underweight. Breakfast is good, but the other meals could use more calories. Bump up the peanut butter to 2 tbsp. Have a potato with your dinner.
Too many crunches.
I think your plan to talk to a nutritionist and trainer is very good.
Take good care of yourself, you deserve health and happiness.
