is this a good exercise plan?

i am 14 years old 5′3 and 135 i want to lose 10 to 15 pounds ( my doctor said that losing that amount would be fine. i am eating right. i want to not only lose that weight but tone up and have a flatter stomach.

      Wow, for your age, you are approaching this very intelligently.
      You didn’t specify how many set/reps on most of your exercises, so I will make a suggestion.
      For each body part that you work out on a particular day, start out with 3 sets of 10-12 reps each.
      As you get stronger you can increase the weight or resistance that you use.
      If you are just doing exercises with no weight, you can do a lot more, similar to what you mentioned for your abs (100 reps total).

      There are also many websites out there with exercise info on them. Below is an example:

      And finally, it may be good for you to get some workout videos to make sure you are using proper form, etc. The best site I have ever seen for workout videos is at
      http://www.collagevideo.com.
      This site has their videos categorized into aerobics, toning, etc, and each video is rated beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You can also see preview clips of the videos, which really helps you determine if it’w what you want or not.
