is there no prob with using protein powder during the period u having exercise?

its been 3 monthes i have been to gym, i want to increase my weight as i m with 5.8 feet height and 66kg weight and this is constant since 3 monthes. Should i use protein powder? as i have heard it can disturb my kidney func. And if yes then have heard about Met-rx how is it?

      You don’t need extra protein. To gain weight you have to eat more.
      I read an interesting report about adding steroids and other supplements when you want to build muscles.
      In a scientific study there were no differences between the groups that got supplements/steroids and the control group!

      Bro you can use protein powder without having to worry about your kidneys. You definitely aren’t taking in enough protein to have to worry about something like that. Not only drink your protein shakes but add calories to your day. You will gain weight easier and the added protein will help. good luck

      yes or use weight againer and eats big but heathly meals like 4-5 of them a day and you will gain a lot of muscle if you keep working out

      Months, not monthes. I saw your answer on someone else's question about becoming a cardiovascular surgeon. For the love of God, save those jobs for the smart people. Or at least the ones that can spell basic words. I would be terrified if you were performing surgery on me.
