Is there any way to lose weight without exercising? How can I lose 20lbs quickly?

I'm disabled and in a wheel chair. Since being in this chair, I have gained a lot of weight. It's been three years now. I really want to lose the weight but I can't exercise, I hate water, and I barely eat. I have a bone disease and I've had 2 hip surgeries and they are about to do my knees. I really want to lose weight now and fast. It's so depressing :(

      i think you should drink water and eat rite like really healthy:/
      idk no one in this world is fat!! everyone is skinny but in their own speacial way!!!

      Maybe your problem is that your body thinks you're starving it, so is holding onto what little you do give it. Start eating well rounded, regularly scheduled, healthy meals, and see if that helps.

      im sorry fr that
      since u r on wheel chair n can not excersice u should have been very very careful what u eat from the beginning. u really gained lot of wait which takes quite a time n dedication to work on it .nothing is imposible if u have the true zeal.first thing u should learn don nt get depressed .it is after all in ur hands .believe in urself .think positive .be happy that u r going to loose all that fat.

      u should basically eat less than what u should if u were not disabled.coz u dont need to follow that 2000cal per day thing.

      have complete dedication to do this
      -rely on fresh fruits n vegetables rather than meat ,poultry
      -dont eat bananas mangoes avacadoes potatoes etc though they r the better coices rather than having cup of potato chips or some other junk.
      -forget all the junk or eat sparingly
      -have light brk fast ,good lunch , very light dinner .
      -fr lunch try different salads with low fat dressings
      -for dinner its good to end up with only fruits or boiled vegetables.
      -eat only whole grains
      -when ever u feel like hungry drink lemon water with little honey or a fruit or low fat cheese on whole wheat cracker
      -pick one day every week or once in 2 weeks that u could enjoy what u want.never overdo.
      -get used to have very small portions if u r eating pastas/steak/rice etc

      evry minute it should run in ur mind 'eat less eat healthy eat less eat healthy'. if u have will u ll definitely get over this .
