I’d like to lose 20 lbs and I do workout and exercise at the gym but I was wondering if there was any diet pill that actually does work really well as a booster to working out and losing weight. I also choose healthier eating alternatives also.

WARNING: Diet pills can permanently screw up your metabolism because all they are is high-powered stimulants. Once you stop taking them your metabolism slows down even more than when you first started taking them. That means you’ll have to eat less and exercise more just to maintain your weight if you use diet pills, as opposed to losing weight the old-fashioned way. Besides, have you read the fine-print on those ads they flash up on TV? The people who lost all that weight were also on calorie-restricted diets and were getting “regular exercise” (which means they were exercising every day). To make matters worse, the vast majority of the weight you lose with diet pills is muscle and water. You want to get rid of the flab, right? The combination of eating right and exercising is the ONLY time-tested and proven method of losing flab and keeping it off.
