Hi there people,
I hope that you can help me with this. I have written down some exercise routines for myself to do at home and I have quit a few machines etc and DVD's to work on at home and I would really like to make use of all of these and get the best from them. Below you will see the routine that I have done for myself. I would like your expert opinion on what I have set out and if the routine would be of any benefit for myself. And oh yeah, I am trying to loose weight and I have the diet sorted.

WEEK ONE:
Monday:- Ball workout for 30mins., 30 mins on Treadmill
incline at 4%
Tuesday:- Cardio DVD 50 mins, 30 mins Pilates
Wednesday:- Day Off
Thursday:- Ball 30 mins, Weights 30 mins
Friday :- Cardio DVD 50 mins, Pilates 30 mins
Saturday :- Treadmill 30 mins, Weights 30 mins
Sunday:- Day Off
Week 2 is very similar but i use the stepper.

I workout on everday as well
your routine seems great but it wont do no good if you dont have an healthy diet im sure you know
personally i would do the stair stepper everyother day then the treadmill on the others it kinda balances it out
and if you can get some small dumbells becuase the more muscle the more fat will be burned and just use lights since ur a woman and get nice toned arms legs n thighs mmmmm how i love women that are toned lol
but great routine i hope you keep it up!
