i’ve lost 5-9 kg in 2 weeks by just eat 1 bun (150 kcal) and soy bean drinks (110kcal).. but between the 2weeks i do eat chicken rice..i also play badminton in that 2 weeks.. from 73kg i lose weight until 64kg..
but i gained back about 2kg because i didnt do exercise.. now,i’m back to my diet..but with different menu.. this is my menu :
- Breakfast + Lunch - Oat [ 120kcal ] = 240 kcal.
- Dinner - Instant Noodle [358 kcal]
and the total is = 589 kcal per day..
i’m asian, my height is 163 cm/ 5′ 5" ..
is rice is good for my diet? i’m afraid to eat rice + dishes because of their calories.. i’m not an active person,so i’m afraid i didnt burn much calories..
