I’m 17, 5′9, 12 stone 9 pounds.
I’ve been slowly working my way down from eating more to eating less, I used to eat quite a lot per day but now I’m at this:
I have a bowl of Wheetos (Cereal) in the morning with milk.
For lunch I have a peanut butter sandwich with 2 slices of bread, 2 small pots of petits filous (yogurt), 1 banana and a average size packet of snack a jacks (multipack pack).
For dinner I have all sorts, tonight I have mince and potatoes, 2 nights ago I have spagghetti bolognase (can’t spell).
That’s my diet.
For my workout plan I’ve been increasing the time I’ve been on my excercise bike every week by 10 mins, I started off 10 mins, now I’m on 105 mins (including warmup and cooldown). I also do a workout DVD called fat burning for dummies. That’s about 55 minutes of aerobic excercise.
I’ve lost 1 stone 5 pounds since I started, which was over 2 months ago.
I’m just making sure to see if I’m doing everything correctly. Cause it doesn’t really look as though I’ve lost 1 stone 5 pounds… Am I doing something wrong or will it eventually show that I’m losing weight?
Also I have a condition where I can’t go out the house so I have to try and do exercise in the house.
I’d also like to do weight training but not sure where to start for the preparation and things.

perhaps try to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables into your dies and keep in mind that foods like pasta, bread and potaotes are high in carbs…… your exercise however sounds good and well balanced. you could try introducing some weights in to your workout as well…. variation is the key. i used tinned vegetables at the start of my work out and did different arm workouts, search the internet for some if you need to.
