Is my daily diet bad?

breakfast: a breakfast bar and a glass of dilute orange

Dinner on a school day: ham sandwhich on white bread bag of crisps and a chocolate bar and often sweets or extra chocolate

Tea: fish and chips or chicken dippers and chips or steak chips and onion rings

all day snacks: a bag of crisps, 3 bags of sweets chocolate bar, microwave burger, cheese string and two slices of cake

all day drinks: 4 500ml bottles of cola
1 300ml bottle of other pop
1 glass of milk

this is most normal days
is this bad good fatty ??????????

      Please say you are kidding…

      Everything you are eating is either fatty or sugary - which will turn to fat…

      Try some veggies in there…lose the cola…drink more water.

      sorry to say this. your diet is very bad. it may not seem like bad now, but in future you will suffer from heart problems or obesity. i'm warning you now, please reduce your chocolate and crisp intake.

      you could cut off on the chocolate and probably the microwave burger as a start. but its not that bad if you are working out each day too.

      the only not fattening food you have even come close to is a glass of juice you carry on eating like that and its a fat life for you you will have to shop in evans and you will be forever looking at thin people wishing you were like that you will get depressed so quitwhile your ahead i gather your a school kid so just stick to 1 chocolate bar and a pack of crisps it wont kill you i use to eat fruit pasteilles sandwich 1 chocolate bar 1 crisps and i was fine stop eating chips there the worst thing ever

      That is the worst diet Ive ever heard.
      lose everything in there and eat veggies and fruits and chicken. and water!

      Breakfast bars are bad. Try toast or bagel, whole wheat
      White bread is bad, do whole wheat. The whole wheat is filling. Try baked crisps ( Im not sure what crisps are )
      Tea is ok… not great but its acceptable of a growing boy/girl
      Lay off on the cake and the "3 bags of sweets chocolate bar" And the microwave burger. Your snacking is what seems to be the biggest issue. Drink less soda as well, at least switch to diet. There is 100 cal in 8oz of Coke
      You should be getting about 2000 cal a day

      Sorry for what i gonna say but thats an awful diet,no wait is not even a diet its junk food!u should eat healthier if u wanna live longer,that junk food is turning u fatter without u knowing it please refer to the food pyramid it would show u wat foods are good n how much of it u have to eat! :)

      Oh my - you have to ask if this is bad??

      Yes, it is not just bad, it's really bad.

      Breakfast - you are eating refined high sugar cereals and 'fake' juice. Have oatmeal / porridge / rye bread and a glass of fresh juice.

      School lunch - white bread, bad! Ham, processed, bad! crisps and chocolate - yep, bad. Have proper meat, fish or chicken on rye bread or with a salad or fresh vegetables. NO chocolate or crisps, have fresh fruit.

      Dinner - fish fingers and chips = processed junk. Again, LEAN meat and fish, no fried foods. Have a small jacket potato with the meat/fish and some veg.

      Snacks - My stomach is lurching just reading it!! Snacks are meant to be small things, small *healthy* things - an apple, an orange, pear, that kind of thing.

      Drinks - all fizzy drinks are bad. Drink water.

      You are probably bouncing off the walls with all the E-numbers you are consuming and don't get me started on the fat, sugars and salt levels.

      Please - re-assess you diet whilst you are still young. Easier to get into good habits now.

      Are you having a laugh lol, surely you don't need to ask us if your diet is bad, i think you already know it is, for a start you should have a proper breakfast in the morning like cereal and im not talking coco pops, you need to try and eat some fruit and veg in your diet, im not saying you cant have a bit of what you fancy, but i do think you are over doing it with the sweets and chocolate and fizzy drinks, you will regret it later on in life if you make it that is.

      doesn't sound too good champ. you need to be eating a bigger breakfast. even if it is difficult at first you need to eat in the morning. I'm assuming you are from either England or somewhere in Europe as you are referring to Lunch as dinner and dinner as tea.
      if that is the case then at lunch…you should at the very least replace some of the candy with a vegetable and a fruit and only have one candy after if any at all.
      your snacks need to change. it is one thing to have a bag of chips as a snack but to snack that much isn't good for you. replace some of those snacks with fruit. apples, oranges, maybe something more exotic like mangoes. Stop drinking that much soda. In fact only drink soda once a week. Soda is probably the worst thing you have on this list.
      as for tea… those things are ok sometimes but should not be eaten more than once a weak. have you thought if changing some of them to fish, carrots, and chips
      or chicken, sweet potatoes, and asparagus, and onion rings
      or steak, potatoes, asparagus or broccoli
