Sure it is but will take a lot of effort on your part to warm up and be prepared. And being very care-full not to over do it.
Have fun and enjoy your work out

V, stretching is difficult. The body has a predetermined level of flexibility in it. Stretching unless done in a very specific way is not going to result in longer muscles or tendons. Only sustained long stretching is going to make the muscles longer. A better way to achieve this end is to learn how to balance the muscle groups off. By this when one group is not strong enough to match its opposite the weaker group becomes tighter. This is usually seen in the quads and hamstrings where the hamstrings are tight and weak. By increasing the strength of the muscle you get more strength and range of motion. For this you need to see a physical therapist to help you with determining where this condition is found in the body.
