I really hate cardio!!!.It’s boring to me even though it’s essential for working out is there a way that I can lose weight by lifting weights mostly and a little cardio.I’d like to get in a mile run a couple times a week to keep my endurance up but other than that I really don’t like cardio.I have about 20 lbs to lose I already lost alot of weight.I lost most of my body fat I just have a few inches on the waist line to lose.My ultimate goal is to be big and muscular not skinny but I still have a little fat to lose could.Any answers from people with fitness knowledge would help.P.S. I live in the city and walk alot but still can’t lose the little belly fat I have how could this be achieved?.

It is possible if you watch what you are eating really well.
You can lose the belly fat by cutting out all other drinks but water. This will cut the calorie intake of the other drinks and water flushes out the extra fat buildup in your body. Try cutting out your carbs as well.
Pastas breads, etc.
I eat egg whites in the morning
have protein shake, bar, fruit etc for snack
have chicken or fish and broccoli with rice for lunch
another snack
then nothing but protein at night. Chicken, fish, broccoli.
drink 6 glasses of water a day. And also pay attention to chewing when you are eating. This helps digestion. Dont eat after 6 or 7 pm.

Im a bodybuilder and you cannot lose fat gain muscle at the same time. You can only focus on one or the other. The best thing to do is bulk up first and then cut down. Unfortunately we all hate cardio but it is essential. If you want to make the cardio a little more interesting, do what i did and buy an mp3 player/ipod and do your cardio. Youll find 30 minutes is gone within 6 songs. Also another good diet for bodybuilders is the anabolic diet/ckd diet. Look up lyle macdonald Ckd and Dr mauro dispisquale anabolic diet. You can buy the anabolic diet too. With these diets it is easy to get ripped. Good luck homeboy.
