is a diet of 700 calories a day really that bad?

I know my recommended alowance is 2000 kcal
I count my calories carefully
I have 45g portion cereal for breakfast then for supper and after school which is 158kcal each - times 3 = 474kcal.
then i always have chicken soup or something like that for tea that is 222 kcal.
which is like 696 kcal.
But i cant look in the mirror if i eat any more i feel so disgusting, yesterday someone said to my ex 'you only like bigger girls dont you' and i couldnt eat all day i felt so awful i would have cried but i didnt want to be weak.
Adverts are always saying were going to be obese and if i have 700kcal and i am not hungry… does it really matter? i need to get thinner i am so disgusting and whats worse is my ex didnt even stick up for me even though we are on good terms and talk and we are good friends.
i avoid mirrors i think its too hard looking at myself and i feel awful when other girls are in pe posing in front of the mirror piling on the makeup, if i went over to the mirror i would feel everyone was watching me.
all i am asking is, is 700kcal really that bad?
im 15 by the way, does that mean the 2000 is less??

If you're 15 that's really bad. It wouldn't be good for anyone but you need the calories to develop normally and maintain health. If you want to lose weight all you have to do is eat healthy and excercise. The more you do the more you'll lose weight and the better you'll feel. You should not worry about calories at all, just stick with healthier foods.

you should probably boost it up to atleast 1,500
under 1000 puts your body in 'starvation mode' and your metabolism will slow down which is why you hold on to extra weight
increasing your intake will keep your metabolism regular =)

Yes, it is that bad. For that amount of calories, you aren't taking in enough nutrients to keep yourself healthy. Additionally, it slows down your metabolism and you will feel tired a lot and get sick a lot. And if the goal is to lose weight, you won't lose it with your metabolism slowed like that.
Please, you have an eating disorder. Get some help. Don't listen to what the idiots are saying.
