Im interviewing to be the director at a Pool and Wellness center. Im trying to find some ways to bring in revenue to the pool to help out my interview. I know they have a yoga class, aerobics, pilates, and other classes like that. They have a kids room, but it never gets used. Also, the pool is outdoor, but is seasonal because they put a bubble dome around it. The only thing is, is it cost them $72000 to heat the pool last year. What is a better way to bring that cost down? Any ideas?? Or if there is any other thing that could be helpful in my interview…

You could try making a sumemr swim team, and charge people to be on it. from that money that you make, put it towards pooll heating and stuff.
Also, my fitness center had a "Swim Across the Amazon" contest. It's 12 miles and you have a certain span of time to do it. mine is from June 6th to July 30th. It's $10 per swimmer to register and the swimmers keep trck of how far they swim and record it on a sheet.
