surely these are dangerous due to the constant "holding " in almost isometric style or better put contracting of the glutes and hamstrings.Will this type of training increase blood pressure because isometris training in moesy cases will and the janda sit up does just that (ref contractractile hold of hamstrings ) is there any people bold enough out there to answer my query
