im stuck, need to lose few more lbs. run or diet?

so i usually eat pretty healthy in general, if not but alteast dont indugle myself.. somwhere around 1200-1500 cals. but i want to lose a few more lbs. i exercise as much as i can somwhere around 3-4 times a week. IN order to lose more weight,,, what is my next step? do i just needa exercise a ton more? i feel like i do everything right but idk where to go from here.. thankkks for any help!

      Run more…and remember…it’s not how many calories your intaking…it’s what type of calories your eating……3 boxes of twinkies have 1500 calories in it. On the other hand 1500 calories of salad is almost 10 bags of salad, or more. It’s all about what you eat. If you cut out all the unhealthy foods in your diet and I mean ALL you wouldn’t have to increase your exercise.

      I think that you hit your plato. A plato is when you hit a spot where your body gets use to the workout. So, to lose your last few lbs, you have to change your workout where your body is not use to the workout and is hard to you to lose your last few lbs
