A lot of people have asked this question and yet no one ever seems to actually have any suggestions. I've been losing weight through exercise and monitoring my food, but I'm looking for a little boost. So please, spare me the lectures about laziness, counting calories, cardio, etc…strength/flexibility training and cardio has been working just fine, I would just like to speed things up a wee bit.
I've tried Cylaris (is that waht it's called?) and it did absolutely nothing. I tried hydroxycut a long time ago and didn't really find any results, but I may not have been taking it as religiously as I should have, so I dont know if it actually should have worked but didn't because of my negligence.
Does anyone know of anything that works well? Some sort of supplment to my already active lifestyle? And I'd like to avoid those dusgusting protein shakes, I'm not looking to hulk up.

you can try xenical. it expels all the oil that you have ingested for the day. carnitine is another supposedly effective pill.

As of yet there is no "miracle pill", if what you are doing now works for you than you are on the right track, I know it gets frustrating especially when you hit a point where the weight loss seems to stop or move too slow, the best advise I can give you is to look into Xenical or it's mini-me Allin (I think, it's the same thing only it's over the counter, well it's not EXACTLY the same thing but works pretty much in the same way) and these are usually only recomended for people who have a lot of weight to loose, if you are looking to loose 10 pounds then you are better off doing what you have been and remember that if your don't make the right choices and make a life commitment to eating and exercising in a healthy way, all the time, money and effort you are putting in now will be for nothing. The weight will come back as soon as you go back to your old ways. You may want to see a doctor or nutritionist, they can recomend a pill, if that is really what you want.

Diet Pills can help you to speed the process and it needs to combine with a realistic weight loss plan. With these, you will be able to achieve your ideal weight sooner.
The effective way to lose weight without worrying much about negative side effects is adhering to the intake of natural or organic weight loss supplements.
In addition, it is important that before you get ready to shed off those extra pounds in your body with weight loss drugs, make sure that you buy diet pills from genuine dealers.
Some good choice of diet pills will be Proactol, Phentermine, Hoodia and Chitosan

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Hiya,
I’m the perfect person to answer this for you. The last 2 years I’ve spent over $800 on “crapola” diet pills. You know, the ones’ the don’t work! I tried them all! Hydroxycut, TrimSpa, Xenical…the whole lot! I was RIPPED-OFF!
Anyway, I found one that works. Actually it worked so well that I only needed to use it for 2 months to lose a bit over 33lbs. It’s called Prescopodene. It’s not that cheap (I think Ipaid $60) but you get a massive bottle with 120 pills, so you get your moneys worth.
When I bought Prescopodene I got 3 months worth. I only needed 2 months to get rid of my fat, so I gave the other bottle to my friend. She hasn’t lost as much as me, she only lost 14 pounds, but I suppose she’s only had it for one month, plus she was skinnier to begin with.
Anyway, I’d give Prescopodene a go. It’s definitely worth a shot!
