So i work everyday but the weekends and i still go to school during the school year so im very busy. but does anyone know a simple diet and excercise plan so i can loose the belly and love handles??? thanks =)

Crunches, sit ups, push ups, and run. Do about 100 of each. Then run for at least half a mile a day.
Drink plenty of liquids and eat alot of protein like eggs, bacon, peanut butter, meat and much more foods. But drink plenty of milk, not after workouts though before.
