Try by eating healthier foods and cutting out sugar and junk food.Eat more fruits and vegetables.Try eating foods like oatmeal for breakfast things that will make you full and less likely to snack in between meals.Stay away from pop and sugary juices.And drink lots of water.DONT crash diet and eat like a mouse.You will only feel like crap and end up eating more.Just be healthy and exersize go for walks or swim.Good luck hun!

This is easy …
Cut out potatos, rice, bread and pasta.
No fast food or pre-made food.
It means that you will have to cook more, but you will lose weight with little or no effort.
Also, making sure you get enough sleep & spreading your food intake out between 5-6 meals instead of 2-3 can help your metabolism also.
