I mainly need to know how to eat when building muscle???? i eat 2000 calories a day do i change that??? how much protein per day i weigh 105lbs so i need to know how much protien also. i do intense workouts 3-4 days a week cardio and muscle workouts. i think thats all youl need to know if you need more info just ask.

eat foods with alot of protien
life free weights
get a pull up bar
and do crunches pull ups and sit ups
