I weigh around 95-100 pounds. I don't want to be thin, but I'm naturally a thin person. When I was younger the doctor told me that I would never be fat/overweight because my bones are thin….something like that. Does this mean I am cursed with being thin all my life? I hate it. Guys don't find me attractive and I don't feel confident. I want to wear a size 3 or 5 jeans, not 0 or 1.
Here are my measurements:
Thigh: 16.5 thick
Hips: 33
waist: 26
arms: 8
Thin, huh? I know….I hate it. What I want to know and be honest….is there hope for me?
Can I gain weigh and will it show? Also, how can I gain it in all the right places?

Yes they can help you gain weight
But just be careful and take into thought what your doctor said about the bones & that you are a natually skinny person.
Go back 2 the doctors and ask them for help x

What your doctor was referring to was your somatotype, that is, your genetic predisposition in regards to fat/muscle ratio. Judging from your description, you’re an ectomorph, someone who is naturally lean and thin, with a small amount of muscle and fat. I’m a guy, and all my life I’d hovered around 140 at 6 foot one, which is pretty damn skinny. Naturally, I was sick of feeling so thin and tired of seeing a scarecrow in the mirror every morning. About two months ago I started on an intensive fitness/dieting regimen designed to put on muscle. Thus far (2 months progress) I’ve gained 10 pounds of lean muscle and actually lost two pounds of fat in the process, so there’s certainly hope! However, the steps towards this success are lifelong adaptations to dieting, food intake frequency, and proper weight training/sleep.
You may want to check out http://www.skinnyguy.net, which is basically a program designed for those of us who are thin and want to gain weight the healthy and natural way (that is, adding lean muscle mass and shedding troublesome bodyfat). Though geared towards males they have a section for women on there as well, so you'd fit right in.
Best of luck to you.
