no, it takes more than a week to see a difference

You should benefit from a slight boost boost in endurance, but a single week isn't enough time to make a noticeable difference in the tone of your legs.

you'd also have to cut back on the eating, and eat healthy… you'll burn a lot of cals and then your legs would lose a lot of fatty fats

Toning happens over time, and you have to follow an exercise program

Do not overdo it. Doing overtime does not necessarily helpin body building and in fact may have adverse effect such as extreme fatigue. So let the body take its own time toshape itself up. You can only help it by regular exercise and dieting.

no, you need to continue for a month or so, depends how vigorously your working out. Don't forget to include resting day to give your muscles a break and prevent injury

I think your endurance will probably increase, since you've been doing "lots and lots" of exercise.
By the way what are you trying to do on Saturday? A competition?
Most athletics train for months and months before getting their muscles (not just legs) 'totally' toned up, plus they stick with certain diet formula to make sure their body has the energy to do what they need to do.
AND be cautious that it might make your body feel very sore, if you're preparing for a competition then you need to rest a little more, rather than doing 'lots and lots' of exercise 6 days in a roll.
Because when you do too much exercise, your body will start doing 'anaerobic respiration' a little more, then your muscle will produce some lactic acid that usually makes people feel sore, even if you only perform rigorous exercise continuous for 45 minutes.
So I would make sure I exercise in small sessions, like 20 minutes at a time, then rest for AT LEAST 10 or 15 minutes, than exercise again if you have to. But I wouldn't exercise (or train) more than 4 or 5 hours a day, otherwise you may become too tired to exercise again the next day.
At the fifth and/or sixth day, do something less 'exhausting', so your muscles can relax and be ready for your Saturday event.
So by Saturday you'll feel ready to do whatever you need to do, yet your muscles aren't too exhausted.
Bottom line, YES, your legs will be more toned, but I wouldn't expect a sudden increase in your performance in a week.
I hope this helps! Let us know what you're doing on Saturday!
