If I consume anywhere between 1300 and 1400 calories how much exercise will I need to loose weight?

Solved

I’m 17 years old, 5′3/4, and weigh 125. I would like to shed about 10 pounds. I calculated my calorie intake and it said that I need to consume about 1800 calories to maintain my weight. It also said I needed to consume about 1400 calories to lose fat if I exercise at least 3 times a week. I was wondering how long and what are the best exercises to help me burn the calories that need to be burned.

The math behind losing weight is not all that difficult.. In order to lose weight you simply need to be in a calorie deficit as you already worked out.. Exercise is simply getting your heart beating good and getting your lungs working.. Any kind of physical exercise accomplishes this. For faster weight loss running, sprinting, jump rope, boxing, etc will beat u up good and gets that fat to burn off….

Eating right will help even more, get rid of the fats, sugars, sodium in foods and eat stuff rich in protein, fiber, carbs for energy, etc.. DRINK WATER!!
