      assuming the person's weight was stable before the exercise and diet and all weight loss is fat loss:

      total calorie deficit per day = 750 Cal
      5 weeks = 35 days
      total calorie deficit = 26,250 Cal
      1 lbs fat = 3500 Cal
      26,250 = 7.5 lbs fat.

      185 - 7.5 = 177.5 lbs
