Im trying to loose weight Im 22 years old, female, 5′1 and 125 i want to know if im eating allot of calories since i just burn on my treadmill 800calories a day will I loose weight or do I need less consume less calories?

if you are burning all of this calories you need to eat very good heathy food or you are not gonna lose nothing

this won,t work, at least not for long. this is called a starvation diet. who tells you to do this? you need 1200 calories a day just to survive. this is if you never move a muscle.

You should bring your caloric intake up a little bit so muscle tissue isn’t lost, maybe to 1400.

From what i’ve read and people have told me it seems like 1200 calories might be a little low considering how many calories your burning…but i’m sure if you keep doing what your doing you will definetly lose weight.

I am trying to lose weight too, and I am 28. I eat 1000 calories a day and burn 300-400 calories per day during aerobics. I was told thats pretty good. It sounds to me like you need to increase your calorie intake. You need the energy from protein to be able to work out. I would go 1500 calories, while burning 800. Good Luck!
