i workout my abs but my stomach is getting bigger!!?
I usually workout every part of my body but i have stopped recently and I have just been working out 3 sets of crunches and side crunches of 20 every night only and i have noticed that my stomach is getting bigger… i researched and it said that crunches will make your waist bigger? My question is…
1. will crunches make my waist bigger?
2. will this remove my love handles?
3. i heard its just my ab muscles getting swollen and bigger but will they look better later on? like its just a stage swollen and big for a while and it will sooner later turn to be flat abs?
