I also don't have time for running.bycicling,or jogging. I already watch what I eat. I'm 13 years old,5' 4", and weigh120. It;s not a lot but I have a lot of extra weight on my abs (especially) butt and thighs. My self-esttem is on an all time low. I spent the whole summer going to the pool with and shirt and shorts witha lame excuse that I didn;t have time to shop for a bikini. And school is going to start and I can;t face the locker room! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
