I pulled a muscle in my inner quadricep?

I realized this while doing hyper-extension splits at gymnastics. Will stretching it out get rid of it? If, not, whjat can I do? I have a competition!

RICE stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation and is the best method for the immediate treatment of most sports injuries.
Do that and see if it helps

      Bummer
No, http://www.hubpages.com/hub/Speed-healing-of-trauma-injuries-through-self-directed-regeneration it's not fun or easy but it can be made to work.

As someone else said, use RICE. After a few days, then do gentle range of motion, such as leg raises in all directions. Only go a little past the discomfort level or you will reinjury.

Doesn't your coach have advice on that? Or trainer?
