RICE stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation and is the best method for the immediate treatment of most sports injuries.
Do that and see if it helps

As someone else said, use RICE. After a few days, then do gentle range of motion, such as leg raises in all directions. Only go a little past the discomfort level or you will reinjury.
Doesn't your coach have advice on that? Or trainer?
