Okay, well I’m pretty thin. So, maybe 8 pounds is a little too much, lets just go with 5 pounds. I have a pretty flat stomach, but i want to tone it up, and my upper thighs too., and i want to tone my arms. I also want to do this in a certain amount of time. So do you think two weeks would be enough to get some results? Anyone have a good diet to stick to, and what i should do to get toned, tell me please:) thank you very much.
p.s) please don’t say excersice more because i alredy know that, but what kind of excersices would be the most helpful to get a toned body?
