i need someone to help me with weight loss and stick with me!?

i need some motivation to start a healthy eating plan. i need someone on here to check up on me throughout the day tomorrow on my eating and not let me eat more than i'm supposed to!

breakfast: oatmeal & glass of skim milk
lunch: salad with 1 hard boiled egg & lite dressing
snack: apple
dinner: chicken and green beans

only drink water throughout the day

and thats it, i really want to just stick to that diet tomorrow. will someone help me do this? i will send pics of how i look now so you can see how much weight i need to lose.

      I can't help you if you're choosing a diet that wouldn't sustain even a 5 year old!

      It sounds like some more information would be good for you. If you eat too little you will slow down your metabolism and endup feeling tired and run down. When you break the diet then your body will put on fat as it gets back to normal.

      This is exaclty how people end up with the pear shape.
