Our Brand New ACCELERATED Fat Loss Diet!
I wanted to get in shape and at the same time get my little buddy some exercise. He is a pit-mix and needs more exercise then the average dog. I have heard of boot camp training that incorporates both human and dog but it is out of my price range. Does anyone know some routines?

Pit-mix are great dogs to run with, go jogging it does not cost a thing and good for both of you.

A nightly walk/run for the two of you works great. Figure on going 3 blocks at a walk, do half a block at a run, then drop down to a walk again. Go further every second week, making the distances longer the more time you do this. You’ll both get into shape this way.

how about good old running down the block or take a run around some trails or up a hill etc.
This is my dog’s favorite thing to do, elementary school or junior high school has jungle gyms for kids…balance beam, hurdles, see saws and other climbable fun obstacles. My girl like to walk on the balance beams, jump over hurdles and walk on benches. It probably can jump over the 4 foot wall they had if I would climb over it with her. You can take advantage of that. All free

Go jogging or just a fast pace walk. Your dog will enjoy the run and both you and him will get the exercise you need.
Good luck.

you can jog with him. theres this thing like a harness, and it has a leash that connects to your dogs collar, so he gets a workout cuz hes ind of pulling you.

How about taking longer walks or if he’s old enough, maybe jogging. Start slow, maybe start out doing a 1/2 mile walk/jog and slowly increase it to a mile or more, you can also take him hiking or along the beach during off season. If you rollerblade, you can do this with him also.
I don’t think you need to spend any money on this. You and your dog can get all the exercise outdoors you want for free.
