Fourteen days is a long time for a breastfeeding mom; what kind of detox are you looking at? A juice cleanse seems like it may help you, because of the baby, but that's just my thinking.
Juice fresh organic vegetables and fruits at home-make sure you have plenty of distilled water to drink. Fresh fruits and vegetables, no meat, processed flour, etc, you probably know what not to eat. Talk to your doctor, of course, and make sure you keep your strength up during this time. You may want to do a 7 day on, 7 day off type of cleanse. During this time, your milk of course will change and so will your baby's bowel movements, so look out!
Think about what you want to do and always remember that whatever you put in your body will be in your milk, and vice versa, so be careful. A harsh detox diet may not be what you need, just good old fruits, vegetables water and herbs to balance your blood pH out and stop those headaches (your system sounds like it's overtaxed). Hope it helped!

Perhaps you could try the lemon juice detox diet.

All detox diets are a scam and weaken your body, creating at least dehydration and sometimes nerve damage and death. As a breastfeeding mother this would mean a lower milk production for you. They don't work and they are often very dangerous. The "proof" that you've seen is garbage, ignore it. Don't do it. No one should ever do a detox diet, least of all a breastfeeding mother. The first source is to a site containing a collection of articles about fraudulent medical claims concerning so called "detox" scams. The second is the same site's information about the exaggerated claims concerning organic produce.
