Hi,
I have recently restarted going regularly to the gym, and I held off buying a new exercise watch/computer until I was certain I would stick with it.
So I want a watch that will track my heart rate, calories burnt etc, but also one that connects to my computer and allows me to track and see where I am getting good benefits and where I am not.
I have looked at the Polar range, and see the F55 and F11 as possible contenders, but think the F55 is a little overkill.
Is there anything in the F55 that would stand out over the F11, remember I go to the gym three times a week. Also I work away a lot so am not necessarily using the same gym (hotel gyms are not always as well equipped as my local)
I would prefer to spend less than £100, but will go over if the watch is likely to provide a solid benefit.
So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
Chris
