I need a diet and exercise/fitness plan……….?

I wanna lose some weight.I weigh 145lbs and Im 5'4.I just want a three day food and exercise plan that I can follow for a while. I want to lose 20-45lbs in 9 1/2 weeks before school starts back.I want everyone to look at me like Im a new person,that would be really great!!!Thank you for all your help!!!!

      A bit on the fast side for good health. Cut all the high fat stuff from your diet which means most if not all your meat as well. Eat lots of veggies and fruits and you can add protein by eating some nuts and dark green veggies and beans and other lugumes. Eat as much of it raw as you can and it will fill you up without adding a lot of unwanted calories you have to burn off later. Get out and walk, ride a bike a lot or whatever kind of exercise you can maintain but do it at least 30 minutes three times a week or more if you can. Walk rather than take a car when you have only a few blocks to go. Park at the far end of the parking lot when you go to the store, anything that will get you to exert more energy as that is what will tone your muscle and get the fat burning off. If you do this, you will see huge progress very fast.

      You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don't add sugar to anything. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don't eat late at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.
      As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it.
