Hello!
I’m struggling with weight a bit lately as I am 13 years old and i’m 137 pounds. I’m also 1.56 metres (about 5 foot) and wish to lose quite a bit. Is there any tips for weight loss as i have lost 2 stone before when i was 11 but I really can’t pull it off again!
Thanks guys.

My wife has tried all sorts to lose weight but nothing has worked quite as well as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She worked off 5 pounds in three weeks. She gets it off a friend at work but I found this site in Google; http://www.Wu-YiNow.com - they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they’re worth a try?

Well in order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat. So you can find ways to cut down on the calories you eat by drinking only water instead of sodas and juices. Also keep your metabolism active by eating snacks throughout the day. Eat before you get hungry so you keep your metabolism going. So don’t starve yourself just eat things that are low in calories. Eat healthy and start an exercise routine. If you can, join a team in sports. This will usually keep you motivated and if you like the sport, you will have fun and exercise at the same time.Check your BMI yourself an idea of how much you should weigh. Here is asite to check:
