starting a diet maintenance doesn't mean to change you old eating habits completely
for healthy food habits you must start with sprouted grains ,less oily or non-oily breakfast is best for health
eating fruits instead of fast foods is very healthy
it is very tough for people who eat more chips,burgers etc to at least follow these
eating until you feel full is not correct,eat the right quantity which your body needs is not only good for health but also to
have a sharp brain

FRUITS AND RAW VEGETABLES with your new diet will keep you full, avoid oil-fried stuff
