Why on earth would you want to get rid of your abs? It sounds like you have some serious body issues if you are "not fat at all" and are asking us how to help your body eat its own muscle.
first, why would you want to get rid of your abs??
if you really want to, you can just stop exercising but keep eating healthy. if that doesn't work, start exercising and stop eating healthy.
I'm assuming you mean you're about the right weight but have a spare tyre problem.
You can try doing crunches, or other tummy toning excercises. You may lose a little bit of extra weight in the beginning but then later you may start putting muscle on.
One thing to remember muscle weighs more than fat so you may actually put weight on in the process of getting a flatter stomach.
