i am almost 13 and weigh 134 and i use to be 160 all i did was watch what i eat i mean like just know when u r hungry and when u r just bored i am still losing weight every week
u should lose like 30 pounds. im 14 and im 95 pounds. im NOT anorexic, or bulimic or have any kind of eating disorder. I just exersize alot, because im a cheerleader i have to stay fit. I also eat really healthy. If u wanna lose wieght, try playing a really active sport like swimmimg, soccer, or basket ball. I used to do swimming and in my first year i lost 47 pounds, just from practice every day. If u are going to do that do USA SWIMMING ONLY!!!! all other places suck.

Just start an exercise program and eat healthier. You’ll feel better and look better. Don’t worry about numbers on a scale.
