      Just start an exercise program and eat healthier. You’ll feel better and look better. Don’t worry about numbers on a scale.

      a lot depends on height. 134 isn’t too bad at all depending on your height.

      i am almost 13 and weigh 134 and i use to be 160 all i did was watch what i eat i mean like just know when u r hungry and when u r just bored i am still losing weight every week

      u should lose like 30 pounds. im 14 and im 95 pounds. im NOT anorexic, or bulimic or have any kind of eating disorder. I just exersize alot, because im a cheerleader i have to stay fit. I also eat really healthy. If u wanna lose wieght, try playing a really active sport like swimmimg, soccer, or basket ball. I used to do swimming and in my first year i lost 47 pounds, just from practice every day. If u are going to do that do USA SWIMMING ONLY!!!! all other places suck. :)
