How to lose weight without exercising or starvation?

I’m 97 pounds and would like to be 80-85, but I haven’t been able to lose any weight. I don’t have enough time to exercise and the only other solution that seems feasible is fasting/crash dieting, which is dangerous. Is there any way to lose weight fairly quickly?

Exercise is just as important as food intake when it comes to losing weight. There’s a lot of excellent guidance for exercise on the site in the box below. I lost 6 pounds by following their helpful advice.

So you want fast and without work? lol @ you

no one’s life is too busy where they can’t make an extra 30 min a day to go for a run, maybe in your head you are, but if you reevaluate your priorities, it’s not hard to make time. exercise burns fat, starving burns organs/muscle, both drop weight, and you won’t feel like youre dying if you exercise

How old and how tall are you?

You worried about dangerous solutions to this… but likely if you lose anymore below 97, it will be dangerous. Reason you’re not losing that much weight now probably because you’re already 97lbs.

Don’t worry man, exercising is only 20% of the battle against weight while the 80% remaining is proper diet.

I was just like you few weeks ago until I found the product with the most ideal dieting technique.

If you’re looking to lose weight, then before you get suckered into any fad diets, diet pills schemes or any of the gimmicks, I highly recommend you download the free guide at http://www.dietreportzone.com

It shows you the healthiest and quickest way to get thin (and how to easily maintain that weight). The book is 100% free and is a big eye-opener to you if you’re looking to drop some pounds.

The book is 100% free - you just type your name and email in to the site to download it.
