How to lose weight other than diet, exercise?

I weigh 110 pounds, 5ft 3in.
But I wanna lose 10 more pounds.. (Please don't discourage me I get that too often it made me turn to Yanswers lol)..
Now my food consists of mainly fruits n veges, lil bit of fish,
tryin to stick below 1000kCal/day,
exercise 1 hour daily,
drink acv with honey 3x/d,
also loads of water.
I take multivitamins.

Can anyone share other tips to lose weight?? Tho my BMI's below 20, my bottom part is still not making me happy enough.. :-( I exercise either in the gym (40mins aerobic 20mins toning up), or play indoor soccer..

Thanks for ur concerns but really, I'm not than thin (n i think coz i'm asian somehow i weigh less than caucasians while looking the same size).

I wear normal size 8 (UK).. and its difficult for me to find perfect readymade jeans coz when i pull them on they kinda stuck below my butt :-p.. I cn feel that fat, its not the pelvic bone which troubles me so i figure if i'd lose that extra fat i'd look good in skinny fit jeans or mb feel lighter lol.

so.. more toning exercise, and any other tips??

      Get more sleep..that actually does alot, other than that just try not to get stressed because that makes it harder to lose weight. Sounds like your doing everything you can, hang in there the results will come=)

      I've read before a magazine,it stated that sleeping more than 7 hours help.1 hours can burn around 35calories.Whenever i wake up,i feel my stomach flatten.So i think it helps by little bit

      There are numerous ways
      -detox /so easy and yum
      -fat zap /quick and painless
      -sauna belt /easy with no work

      Your BMI shouldnt get below 18…rather than lose weight (as to me you sound like you dont need too!) why dont you focus on toning up? Excercises that focus on your lower body muscles should tone you up!! Doing things such as squats should help. Take up trampolining. Its a great sport, tones you up and you have fun & develop new skills at the same time!!

      Doesnt sound like you are needing to loose weight, but to tone up the areas that you are unhappy with.

      I am the same height and a size 5 at 150 lbs.. I cant image what 110 looks like. You shouldnt do any more weight loss withotu talking to your doctor especially with that for a BMI…

      also, sounds like you might actually be "starving" your body. Your body need so much to operate. without that it holds onto every calorie you put in it and you wont loose weight, maybe people who try weight watcher type programs find that they arent eating enough food when they try and "diet" when you change your eatings habits to please your body, your body sheds what it doesnt need..

      but if you need it, your body will hold onto it unless you make yourself sick.. i doubt you wnat to be living in the hospital

      What sort of exercise are you doing? You cant normally spot diet. What part of your bottom part is not making you happy? Your backside? Your thighs? You're weight is not the problem. Stop weighing yourself and get the tape out. Remember muscle is heavier than fat. So what you are left with now…that 10pounds you are desperate to get rid of could be muscle. As far as the part you're not happy with…all I could suggest would be biking, step ups etc and please for your healths sake….dont go over board. Fruits and vege are mainly water. You need some protein for your bones and for muscle tone. Good luck.

      sounds like you have done your research the water is key…drink loads as you say more, and don't eat after like 6pm. I'm not sure you are supposed to weigh less than you already are for your height? I don't know though if you reach your goal you will be any happier?

      Eating style.

      Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.

      Nothing other than water in between.

      No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.

      Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day.

      U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

      Be patient and not in a hurry.

      U cannot choose spots for reduction.

      This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
