im 13 and i really want to look good in a bikini this year
its february now and i want to tone my stomach and thighs for june
my stomach doesnt like hang over but its not all the way flat and i keep doing crunches but its not getting smaller.
1) does doing crunches just build muscle under fat and make the belly look bigger?
2) is there any way i can make my abs flatter in 4 months?
3) what excercises flatten the abs? (besides crunches)
4) what foods help speed up metabolism?
