Check with your doctor before beginning exercise if you are diabetic.

EDIT: I loved you in Apradh!

Exercise alone is not sufficient. One needs to understand the whole process of why glucose is not entering cells.

You may start your research http://windiabeteswar.com

Get a grasp on the subject.

Consult your physician for all health needs.

Without a more specific question, it's difficult to understand exactly what you mean, but if you're diabetic, when you exercise, your blood sugar level will drop, so you'll need to check your BG before you exercise, and eat something if needed (or drink an electrolyte drink). If you feel shaky or weak during the workout, stop! Check your BG again.

Anything aerobic or cardio is good. You just have to be careful of your BG readings.

Exercise alone wont do it, you have to pair it up with a good low carb diet as well.
Many diabetics can manage their BS with both exercise and diet.
Exercise will help lower your BS numbers naturally. It is recommend you get 30 minutes a day, but for a diabetic, you can break that up into 10 minutes spurts 3x's a day.
My hubby is type 2, we added an additional 45 minute walk every evening after dinner. This is in addition to his normal work out that he has done for years before diagnoses. The extra walking has helped lower his numbers and when we skip a walk, his meter tells him we skipped it!!
So get up off the couch and do something, you will be amazed at what kind of help it can give you aside from the benefit of lowering your BS from diabetes.

No use. You cannot. you can minimise the effects of it, but cannot prevent or cure or control it with exercises.

You can control it with exercise and possibly eliminate it from your body.

You cant do that alone, but you can have to use a lot less insulin. Some days when I run I dont need any for lunch, or an afternoon snack, somedays I still run high. Its different for everyone. See what works for you.

you can control diebeties with yoga and diet, but this cannot be eliminated,(type 2) you will have to keep check of the B.S level, there seems to be no permanent cure for diebties.

Fence sitters i.e. borderline diabetics can be helped out by exercises.
Hope u belong to this group (Fasting blood sugar 100 to 150)
Aerobic exercises r recommended.Swimming is the best provided u know it & the facility is available.
Walking 3to 4 km a day is also good.
    They burn calorie.
Vigorous exercises (running, jogging, skipping, gyms) r not recommended as- more work - more hunger - more food intake - so more calories .It detoriorates your problem.
