The muscles on my calves are not equal- I have a much more defined calf muscle on my right leg than I do on the left leg.
Are there any good exercises to do at home that will build up the weaker leg so that they are equal in size? I guess I need exercises where you do each leg separately since only one leg really needs work.
Also any stretches that target the calf muscles- it is the muscle(s) on the inside part of my calf.

Stand on the edge of a stair with the balls of your feet, and raise and lower yourself, dropping your heels down as far as you can, and then pushing yourself up like you are standing on tip toes. Repeat it 10 times and increase the repetitions every day. Just use your stronger leg to maintain balance, and don't work it as much. If you wear weights around your hips, it increases the effect.
