I’ve been training for almost a year now. I just bought an interesting book on Bodybuilding - arnolds encyclopedia of bodybuilding
My stats are 78kg 5″11. through out the year that I’ve been training i’ve been told per muscle group once a week-because rest is the key to grow.
In the Arnold book, as begginer it states train each muscle group twice a week, and each workout is pretty intense?
I dont understand what to do?

Just listen to your body. What’s it saying to you? You can best answer this one, yourself.
