I am 25, my weight is 70 kilograms (153 pounds) and my height is 175 centimeters (5 feet 9 inches). Additionally, I've heard of the risk of kidney failure due to high-protein dieting - what do you know about it? Do you think it is a serious concern?

that is only in extreme cases- if you make sure you have no more than your own weight in grams of protein (153 pounds=153 grams of protein) then I am certain you will not suffer. If you are really worried about it consult your doctor or research it on the internet, but I am sure you will be ok! Stick of drugs, and try to stick to lean meats, protein shakes, and eggs. (whole eggs are more fattening! try egg whites…..)
