how long willl it take for bigger muscles with this workout?

im 14 and i weigh 180 lbs. im not that strong.this is wat i do:
8-10 reps of 25lbs dumbbell curl 3 sets
4-5 reps of 90 lbs benchpress with EZ bar. my wrist hurts. thats y low reps 3 sets
6-8 sets of 25 lbs concentration curl

is this good. i also have 10lb dumbbells. shud i workout wit them. shud i also do push ups. i cant do much.

      Going for the guido upper body workout haha.

      Look start off with something simple like push ups and crunches. Your core is a very important place to work out not just the upper body. I also recommend dips. They work out the triceps which make up a larger percentage of the arm than the bicep does.

      Also when your done get your protein in. Don’t expect immediate results it will take time before you see results.
