how long will it take me to get noticable results if i do these exercises everyday sometimes twice.?

i do:
100 crunches
50 sit ups
100 side twists[each side]
100 side bends[each side]
25 bat swings[each side]
25 bat twists[each side]
5 reps of 30 second leg lifts
25 single leg streches
25 dumbell squats
25 chair squats
25 bicycle crunches
25 arm curls[10 pounder]
10 pushups
10 double arm curls[25 pounder]
20 v-sits
once a day on the week days and twice a day on the weekends.
im also gonna start playing basketball and riding a bike.i dont eat alot,maybe 700 calories a day.how long will it take to get results?

      try doing that every other day and the days your not doing that do cardio. your calorie intake is waaaaaaay to low. you should def start eating more.

      You need to be taking in 1200 calories a day. ESPECIALLY if you’re working out.
