honestly man ? not that hard.

were talking 4-7 months if done correctly.

honestly it could be much worse, you just picked someone with outlines of abs, vs. washboard abs.

you need to get down to 5-3% body fat… and that is very hard to do. You better start running your a$$ off! :p

Do some cardio, eat healthy, do some ab exercises. Also try to reduce stress, fat around the midsection is related to stress.

These abs would not be hard to get, but first you’ll need to lose that small amount of belly fat by doing a variety of things. Here are a few examples:-

.Go swimming regularly (4+ times a week)
      .Do easy sit-ups (not crunches)
.Go jogging regularly (also 4+ times a week)
.Try not to eat as much food than you usually do.

After this body fat has dissapeared it would take you at least two weeks to get those abs, depending on how long you exercise for each day. Here’s a video that’ll set you on the right path, and you’ll only need your couch! :-)

      Glad to help you!

If you have a bit of belly fat, that will probably be the last weight to lose and the first place where you gain, so it may take a bit of work at first. You probably want to try aerobic activities (jogging, running, etc.) for a few months and eating healthy to lose a few pounds, then you can focus on stomach exercises. Otherwise, you may have abs but you won’t be able to see them underneath the excess…flab :) I just suggest running first so that you can see some change, otherwise you will be building muscle, so probably gaining weight from that and may dishearten you.
