I exercise doing cardio for 30 minutes a day and burn 300 calories doing so. I also am on a diet perscribed by my doctor to consume 808 calories a day. Don worry I go for daily check-ups. I want to know how many calories do I have to burn exercise wise to lose about 3-4 pounds a week. I know its not safe, but I am at a high high risk of dying due to health issues. Any info woudl help
